Vivo X300 Series Launched in India: See Price and Specs

In a season filled with new launches, Vivo has finally launched the new X300 series on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. The Vivo series, consisting of the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro, is built to give you a true flagship feel, thanks to the improved cameras, smoother displays, and faster performance.

Vivo X300 Series: Detailed Specifications

Vivo X300

The display is a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 1216 x 2640 pixels and a refresh rate up to 120Hz. The Vivo X300 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, and is one of the first smartphones to feature the new chipset built on a 3nm process.

The Vivo X300 device offers up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

If we talk about the camera, which is a main highlight as per Vivo, the X300 will pack a 200MP ZEISS-branded primary sensor featuring optical image stabilisation and laser autofocus. The rear camera also features a 50MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom and a 50MP ultrawide lens. On the front, there is a 50MP camera with 4K support.

The battery is a 6,040mAh cell with 90W wired fast charging support and 40W wireless charging support. On the connectivity front, the phone supports Wi-Fi 6/7 and Bluetooth 5.4.

Vivo X300 Pro

The Pro model features a larger 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with a refresh rate up to 120Hz. The Vivo X300 Pro features the same MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, however it packs enhanced photography experience.

The camera setup is a 200MP ZEISS primary sensor supported by a 50MP telephoto periscope lens, which supports up to 5x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. The front camera is the same with a 50MP lens. Additionally, the device features dual pro imaging chips (V3+ ISP, VS1) with 4K 120fps video support. The Pro model adds extra camera improvements such as advanced image processing and additional software optimisations for sharper, more versatile photography.

The Vivo X300 Pro is powered by a slightly larger 6,510mAh battery and is further accompanied by fast charging and wireless charging support. Both devices run on Vivo’s new OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, offering a fresh and smooth user interface experience.

The Pro model is aimed at users who prefer a slightly bigger screen and more refined camera capabilities.  

Vivo X300 Series: Pricing and Availability 

The pre-booking of the Vivo X300 series has started and will be available for sale from December 10 2025.

It will be available in 3 colours, Elite Black, Summit Red, and Mist Blue.

The Vivo X300 Pro will be coming in a single variant, the 16GB + 512GB variant, which is priced at INR 1,09,999. The Pro version will be available in two colours, Dune Gold and Elite black.
