Vivo is gearing up to launch its series of flagship smartphones. The Vivo X300 series launch date in India is scheduled for December 2, 2025, at 12 PM IST. The Vivo X300 series will be an upgrade from the previous X200 series. Vivo has worked on improving several things, which include the camera tech and processing power. Let us take a look at the detailed specifications before the release.
Vivo X300 Series Specifications
The Vivo X300 Series will feature MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9500 chipset. The series will be one of the first phones that will feature the newest flagship MediaTek chipset, with the other being the Oppo Find X9 series. On paper, the chipset promises up to 32% faster single-core and 17% higher multi-core performance.

If we talk about the display, the base variant packs a 6.31-inch AMOLED panel which features a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the X300 Pro packs a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2652 x 1200 pixels and a similar refresh rate of 120Hz.
Now, the camera can be the main highlight for the Vivo X300 series. The rear camera setup of the X300 includes a massive 200MP ZEISS primary sensor supported by a 50MP telephoto unit and a 50MP ultrawide lens. The front camera is a 50MP lens.
For the Pro model, a 200MP ZEISS primary sensor supported by a 50MP telephoto periscope lens, which supports up to 5x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. The front camera is the same with a 50MP lens. Additionally, the device features dual pro imaging chips (V3+ ISP, VS1) with 4K 120fps video support.

In smartphones nowadays, we can expect a battery capacity of above 5000mAh, so we can expect the same in the X300 series. As per the rumours, we can expect the battery capacity of the X300 series to be between 5360mAh and 6000mAh, depending on the variant. Other than that, there is 120W fast charging support.
The Vivo X300 series will arrive with Android 15 and Vivo’s OriginOS 6, expected to be loaded with some new features like cross-platform sharing.

The Vivo X300 will start with a 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model, and the Vivo X300 will start with a 16GB RAM and 1TB storage model, and will be available in different color options with the Dolby Atmos dual speaker. The Vivo X300 expected price in India is rumoured to be in the INR 55,000 price range.
November Flagship Releases
November is the month for several smartphone releases,and features a number of prominent releases, including the Oppo Find X9. For the competition, there are the Realme GT 8 Pro, IQOO 15, and OnePlus 15, all of which will feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.
