Vivo S50 Pro Mini Teased: Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 & Flagship Camera Features 

Vivo has started teasing its upcoming S50 Pro Mini which is expected to launch in early December 2025. The phone is expected to debut in China first. The device is rumoured to pack flagship-level performance into a mid-range device.  

Vivo S50 Pro Mini Specifications

The Vivo S50 Pro Mini is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, which is officially confirmed by Vivo. The chipset is paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, which will ensure fast performance and smooth multitasking. If we talk about the AnTuTu benchmark test, the S50 Pro Mini supposedly scored around 3 million points.  

The display is a compact 6.3-inch flat AMOLED display, which is an ideal size for users who prefer a manageable phone size. The device is rumoured to feature an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, which is a very rare feature seen in this segment. 

The S50 Pro Mini will have a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP IMX882 periscope lens and a 50MP primary sensor, a third ultrawide camera is also expected. The front camera is rumoured to be a 50MP lens. 

The device is expected to be powered by a powerful 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support for quick top-ups.

Pricing and Availability

With Vivo teasing the S50 Pro Mini and its expected launch in early December 2025, the pricing of this device is rumoured to be around CNY 3,070 in China. The global version will be known as the X300 FE, which can carry a slightly higher price tag in the global market. Overall, the S50 Pro Mini is looking like a good choice for users who want power at an affordable price range. The Indian pricing is expected to be under the INR 40,000 range.
