Vivo X300 FE vs Vivo X200 FE
The Vivo X200 FE, launched in July 2025, came with a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display supporting up to 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 5000 nits, offering vibrant visuals and smooth performance.

Under the hood, the X200 FE was powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage, delivering flagship-level performance for its time. The battery size was almost the same with the Vivo X200 FE featuring a 6500mAh battery with 90W wired charging support.
A key change for the X300 FE is the shift to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipset, whereas its predecessor, the X200 FE, relied on a MediaTek processor. This move can be confusing, but rumours suggest that the phone is targeting Snapdragon fans with expected 20-30% performance gains and better thermals with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5.
