On December 9, 2025, Nothing took the covers off its latest phone — the Nothing (3a) Community Edition. Limited to only 1,000 units, the Nothing Phone (3a) Community Edition is priced at INR 28,999 for the 12GB/256GB variant in India.
The Nothing (3a) Community Edition will go on sale on December 13 via a special drop event in Bengaluru. The design has been inspired by the technology of the 90s with a modern touch.

Nothing Phone (3a) Retro Design
The standout of the Nothing (3a) Community Edition is crafted by community winner Emre Kayganaci alongside Nothing’s London team. The phone’s design balances retro vibes with a touch of futurism.
Other than that, designer Jad Zock has created a custom lock screen that cuts clutter and lets you see the time and essentials at a glance. It’s further paired with a wallpaper that flows from back to front.

The device is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, the same as the base variant. So yes, no performance upgrade on this one. In short, it’s just a limited edition smartphone with a different design.
