A key highlight can be the large 7000mAh silicon-carbon battery, with 100W wired, 40W wireless, and reverse charging options. The Vivo X300 Ultra will run Android 16 with OriginOS 6.
Another major standout feature is Vivo’s Zeiss-tuned triple camera setup, which consists of a 200MP main lens, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide lens.
Other than that, features like laser AF and 8K video with Dolby Vision make it a good choice for professionals. On the front is a 50MP selfie camera with 4K video support.
