After months of speculation, Vivo has finally teased the Vivo X300 Ultra, which will be a part of the Vivo X300 series, which was recently launched on December 2, 2026. Like the other devices in its lineup, such as the Vivo X300 and the X300 Pro, the new Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to provide a more enhanced photography experience with a better camera.
Vivo X300 Ultra Camera Specifications
The main highlight of the Vivo X300 Ultra will be the camera setup. It is worth noting that it will feature the world’s first dual 200MP rear camera system, featuring a 200MP Sony IMX09E main sensor with OIS, Hybrid Frame HDR for over 100dB dynamic range, and in-sensor lossless zoom. A second 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto will handle extreme zoom, and it will further be paired with a 50MP ultra-wide lens. On the selfie camera end, we will have a 50MP front camera with autofocus.
Other than that, leaks highlight Zeiss-tuned optics for superior low-light performance and portraiture, positioning it ahead of rivals like the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Vivo X300 Ultra Features
Now, here is a major twist — the current Vivo X300 series is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500. However, it is hinted that the Vivo X300 Ultra will break the chain and be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage, running Android 16 with Origin OS 6.
The display is expected to be a 6.8-inch 2K flat LTPO OLED panel with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The battery is rumoured to be a 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with 100W wired charging support. This is evidently larger than the older Vivo X200 Ultra’s 6,000mAh battery.
India Launch and Pricing
Vivo launched the X300 series in India on December 2, 2025, and the Vivo X300 Ultra’s launch date is expected to be around March 2026. The expected pricing could be in the range of INR 80,000 – INR 1,10,000 for the 12GB/256GB variant.
