Fresh off the launch of the Vivo X200T — a smartphone focused on delivering a good camera and a big battery — Vivo is now turning the spotlight to its next big thing: the V70 Elite. The V70 Elite will be the successor to Vivo’s V60 series.
According to the latest mobile news, Vivo is ready to unveil the V70 series on February 19 at 12 PM IST, and it is aimed at users who want a decent photography experience and a large battery.

Vivo V70 Elite Specifications
As per the specification we have at hand, the V70 Elite is shaping up to be a powerhouse with a 6.59‑inch 1.5K OLED display that supports 120Hz refresh, HDR10+, and a whooping brightness of 5000 nits
Powering the device is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 on a 4nm process and Adreno 735 GPU. It is further paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage
The key highlight of the Vivo V70 Elite is the ZEISS-co-engineered triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50MP main lens, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide lens with 4K at 60fps support, gyro-EIS, and HDR. Up front, a 50MP camera handles selfies and video calls with ease.
The upcoming V70 Elite will sport a massive 6500 mAh BlueVolt battery with 90W FlashCharge and Multi-Scenario Bypass charging.
As per the company’s claims, the latter is designed for smoother gaming, wherein power is routed directly to the device’s performance components instead of charging the battery to help maintain stable and consistent performance.
While this Vivo phone may skip the 3.5mm headphone jack, it is expected to support USB-C 2.0 OTG and reverse charging.
On the connectivity front, the V70 Elite will come with an IR blaster apart from the standard Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC connectivity. Lastly, it will run OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, with 4 OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates.
